To my surprise, Cat's Claw has been more effective than anticipated! After experiencing foot and hand symptoms in my 50s and ruling out other conditions, I discovered that they were linked to menopausal changes. For many years, I’ve been dealing with arthritis. When I began taking these capsules, I experienced pain in my joints for the first month. A doctor advised me to continue with one tablet daily. Following a few months of pain and numbness in my right leg, I purchased this product based on another review. I take two capsules three times daily, and after just 2 to 3 days, the pain was alleviated—today, it doesn’t hurt at all for the first week. I'm surprised. I don’t believe the root cause is gone, but I intend to continue with the hope that symptoms won’t return. I am really happy.
